Time2Mrkt Inc. is committed to providing a work environment that is free from sexual harassment and retaliation. Sexual harassment and retaliation in any form are prohibited and will not be tolerated. This policy applies to all employees, including the sole employee of Time2Mrkt Inc..
- Unwanted sexual advances, propositions, or comments.
- Displaying sexually suggestive objects or images.
- Making sexually explicit jokes or gestures.
- Any form of unwanted physical contact of a sexual nature.
Retaliation is also prohibited. Retaliation occurs when adverse action is taken against an individual for reporting or opposing sexual harassment, or for participating in an investigation of sexual harassment.
If the sole employee of Time2Mrkt Inc. believes they have been subjected to sexual harassment or retaliation, or if they witness such behavior, they should report it immediately to Dee Reinhardt. All reports of sexual harassment and retaliation will be kept confidential to the extent possible, consistent with the need to conduct a thorough investigation and take appropriate action.
If sexual harassment or retaliation is found to have occurred, Time2Mrkt Inc. will take prompt and appropriate corrective action, up to and including termination of employment.

Under the Illinois Human Rights Act (Act), all workers have the right to employment free from unlawful discrimination or sexual harassment. In Illinois, it is a civil rights violation under Article 2-102(K) of the Act for an employer to fail to include in a posting on the premises, AND in an employee handbook, information concerning the rights of employees to: 1 – Be free from unlawful discrimination or sexual harassment in the workplace; 2 – File a charge of discrimination or sexual harassment; and 3 – Obtain certain reasonable accommodations such as those based on pregnancy and disability.
